BH swap

This will be my first as swapmeister, so ten tyers max including myself.

I ask of the tyers to tie up any BH nymph/emerger pattern in sizes 14 - 32. No Buggers please.

Send flies in by Feb. 26th. That should give you almost seven weeks to tie these up.

Bead Head–join up

I’m tying up some bead head soft hackle pheasant tails already. I can easily add another ten or so for this swap.

Thwack

I’d like in also. I’ll be tying my namesake, an original pattern that I’ve had great success with on Oregon rivers, that I call 2 bead pupa. Thanks for hosting Pieter ! Russ B.

Life is like a fly swap…You never know what your going to get.

Thanks guys for joining up.

I’m in, fly TBD (seems like a popular pattern, anybody got a recipe for it?)

I will join. A bead head peacock sword tail nymph.

Rick

Count me in, Pieter! I will tie a Peach-Tailed Hares’ Ear GH Nymph (my signature fly!)
Andy

As featured in Trout Fisherman, UK, Jan 2005! I’d still rather be fishin’!!

Two spots left. This looks to be a good swap. I hope everyone has an early spring to put these flies to use by March.

Ok, I’ll give it a go… size 14 Peacock BH.
if that’s ok?

We are at ten tyers and I will not start another swap until February 1st. I figure I can do one a month until I cease to exist. Thanks for joining up.

I got them in the mail last night . Thanks Pieter for hosting and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s creations. Russ Burk

Life is like a fly swap…You never know what your going to get.

I will be tying a Squirrelly Cuss. And I sure am glad that I have a bit of time to complete them. Learning new techniques can be troublsome and require changes to the receipe.
