looking into becoming a certified casting instructor. Not this week but in the next couple of years maybe. Anyone have any info on the subject such as requirements, casting skill, cost or anything else? Any info would be helpful.

Do a search on the FFF website for CI’s or MI’s for your state or region and find a coach. This can help immensely. Remember the test is not just about casting; but, about teaching. Many folks miss this distinction and can cast terrific; but, can’t teach!
It took me 2 tries; but, well worth the effort since the process enabled me to develop into a better instructor. Go for it!
