Yesterday after work I stopped by one of the litte neighborhood ponds that dot the area around Katy. We’ve had plenty of rain lately so most of them are back to normal levels. The weather has been absolutely gorgeous for about the last week so I decided to give it a shot. After about 30 minutes of no action I crossed the street to another section of the lake I was on when I caught this big boy. He is the biggest I’ve landed so far and was a blast on a 5wt!
