Welcome to my nightmare, it is good to see that i am not the only one that has experienced website and email problems due to my hosting company having server issues. It has been the best part of 3 weeks for me and i still don’t have 100% function back yet.
Regardless of who you deal with, when they are experiencing these kind of problems it is hard for the customer to understand just how much headache the shop is going through.
It just goes to show how dependant we are on these darned computers for everything now.
