After a long absence from the board, I’m delighted to once again visit FAOL and see so many familiar names. I was away initially due to extraordinary professional duties but then by a very long debillitating illness. My head’s well above water now and I even had the chance to spend a great Saturday afield with Rainbowchaser last week. We each missed shots at woodcock and grouse with the only hero of the day being RC’s beautiful shorthair pup. It’s always wonderful watching a good dog work. It’s true! Breeding does matter! Anyway and once again, it’s nice being back here in the community and I look forward to contributing in the future.

Glad to see you back . Of course we missed you at this year’s MI Fish-In. Glad to hear all’s apparently well with you again. I did notice , however, the CSO was a bit weaker in the Viola section.
