If your looking for full hides, good luck. After much searching, I was able to locate one through a Michigan guide named Kevin Feenstra. He imports them in bulk from New Zealand for all of his tying. He’s developed quite a few “steelhead” patterns that happen work great for smallies in my neck of the woods.
Now why anyone would let a steelhead slobber up a good smallie fly is beyond me;)
