Had an email from Roger, he’s okay. They are pretty well west of the storm path.

I’m fine, high and dry 200 miles away…we had a good bit of wind and rain, a lot of downed tree limbs, nothing serious.

The human disaster in New Orleans staggers the mind. I am overwhelmed with sadness and horror. I cannot believe what I am seeing on television. It’s just hard to fathom.

Sure glad to hear you are ok. I am still waiting for Kich to come back and you are the only one to tell us if he does. Of course we are glad you are ok for other reasons too.
