i was just messing around and i came up with a new fly. its basically just two leeches put together. i will try to put a pic up soon but right now photobucket isnt working for me. so basically what the fly is, is a combination of the boa yarn leech and the eyelash yarn leech. you just tie the boa yarn and eyelash yarn down together, and wrap them forward together, trying to sweep the fibers to the back of the hook. basically just like one of ricks multicolor boa yarn leeches. it gives it a really cool look with a solid body, and then strands coming off through the body. i was using red/black boa yarn and black eyelash yarn (or fun fur) and it just looks killer. im kinda suprised noone thought of it before.
once again, i will have a pic up as soon as possible, but it may be a little while.
