We, the readers of FAOL, thank you for your sponsorship in keeping this site up and running.

Now, speaking for myself, update your ads every once in a while. If you want us to visit your ad (and site) more often change the ads up a bit. If you promise a fly pattern don’t leave the same one up for years, change it. If we know that the ad is not going to change why should we go to it time and again? Update the specials, post a short article, show us some current fish porn. At least try to keep them current. I feel that viewing your ads is the price of admission here and do so often however if I scan the ad and see nothing new I don’t stick around and read it again.

Please change the content of your ads, you won’t regret it.

Yes I agree. At least one of the sponsors is sadly no longer in business. (Figured this out when I clicked on their banner icon at the top right) I am glad to support them, but give us something to look at. Would love to see some reviews on their gear.

With our tecky changing jobs and Trav and I moving between Tucson and Livingston sorry to say the Sponsor page has not been kept current.
We just recently lost Mustad as a Sponsor and there are more who did not renew. It isn’t that they wouldn’t like to support FAOL - and some have for many years (OVER 10) but there are other places to spend those advertising dollars as well. We appreciate it when you folks support our Sponsors as well!
