All FOTW Swap is Completed

Looks like most swaps are now full. So I have decided to start another one.

This swap will be for any two flies from the FOTW Archives from the beginning of the archives to the latest FOTW. That will give you a lot of choices.

We will limit this to 12 tiers.

You will need to tie and ship 12 each of any two different flies. That will be a total of 24 flies. Yes you can modify the materials, since I know not all materials are avaliable in all areas.

Sign up deadline will be Aug 15, with flies due to me no later than Oct 1.

I will be trying the Para-Glen and the Orange Shell Back.

Besure to ship your flies in a box big enough and strong enough to hold the flies you will be getting back.

Enclose it along with a return stamped and addressed envelope into an envelope strong enough to hold it all.

No metered mailing strips please.

Don’t forget to toe tag your flies.

Also please mark your envelopes with your online name and the swap name.

I will PM you My Shipping Address as you sign up for the Swap.

Please let me know when you receive my Address.

At the end of the swap please let me know when you receive the flies back.

OK. I have decided what I will tie if allowed into the swap! I will tie a size 12 Stimulator in Olive with a Yellow thorax if it’s ok to switch the colors up. I will also tie the DHE (Deer Hair Emerger).

Ok, for my first pattern, I’d like to tie Helen Shaw’s beautiful Golden Furnace Streamer from the 4th Quarter, 1999.

For #2 , I’d like to do Floyd Franke’s Delaware River Helgrammite, also from 4th Quarter, 1999.
