air adapter for a classic acessories "madison" pontoon

I have recently acquired a classic acessories “madison” pontoon. THe only problem is that my new toon didn’t come with the required adapter so that I can put air in the damn thing. please let me know if youl have one of these, or know where to get one cheap.

thanks,

Mine are really inexpensive…if you are talking H-R,s valves…just the proper size piece of garden hose…diameter can be adjusted with a little tape.

how about posting a pic of your “rube goldberg” connection??

Green one is mine and the lighter ones came with the tube and toon from Scadden…kind of cheap from him but very workable…I just keep a few extras around…especially in the tube pockets.

I happen to use an air compressor with this attachment but hand pumps have adapters that fit.

Unfortunately the model i have is not equiped with H-R valves. apparently they stopped making they valve type that I have about a year and a half ago, right around the same time that this toon was purchased new. from what I gather a retrofit is not possible, and the valve location was moved in the new model so the skin won’t work either. Thats why i am looking for a air adapter on here. the valves that I have are white, and take a screw in adapter.

A picture might help hughfish.

You may be back to Norm’s #2 post.

i had an older madison and remember that style of valve.

classic accessories or the previous owner would be the best bet on finding one

maybe you could find a piece of tubing of the right diameter and insert it into the valve

is there a possibility that a garden hose male fitting would fit??
