well, I can tell you for a fact that he is a sick, demented, perverted, cold, heartless $*@!!!, I remember him well form our days in basic training and Jack, he does make the best peanut butter fudge I have ever had…gained about 3 pounds off that stuff he sent me.

I agree with you on Mike being a great guy. I have not met him, but, I have e-mailed him several times and he has e-mailed me. He e-mailed me about 2 weeks ago and was concerned that he had not seen any post lately from me and was worried something was wrong and there was. My Father has been fighting Alheimers for well over a year and I have had to take over for him on all his utilities, Krogers, doctor visits, haircuts, etc. since my Mother does not drive. On September 1st he died and is now at peace. I would not wish Alheimers on any family to witness what a person goes through. Mike called the other night and told me how sorry he was for my loss. Yes, he is a great guy that I have never met and yet he called and those that I have met, have not. The question of whether he is a sick, demented, perverted,cold and heartless $*@!!!..well, YES!

Thanks to all for the kind words…I’m not sure they’re deserved but, (not meaning to get “mushy”), you folks, directly or indirectly, have helped me through some pretty tough times. The FAOL family is indeed something VERY special, & the folks in this post rank at the very TOP! You guys are the best!
