Thought everyone would like to see what a short stroll in a Chinese Park looks like. Definitely not my cup of tea. Enjoy.

Maybe NightHawk would like to do some “trail riding” up/down that mountain ?
You’d have to beat me with a bamboo fly rod to walk those planks. No way Jose. My feet are much more comfortable two feet under water.
Holy Moly!!!
 Whooaaaa! I don’t think so!!!
Brass cajones needed to place a footprint on THIS path too. http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/277612/

I would imagine this dudes camera is HAT mounted. He can’t be nuts enough to be looking through a viewfinder, but then , on the other hand…
My toes are still cramped from just watching. I think I need to puke
Not me. I will take my tame hiking trails here in Penn’s Woods any day.
I can’t imagine the construction of these “PATHS”. I hope they were paid well.
NOT ME !!!
That looks to be the Yellow Mountains. I hiked them for two days about 5 years ago. The exposed trails did not bother as much as the 5 story stairway through a 2’ wide crack in the rock. You get to balance you fear of heights with your claustrophobia.
The locks on the chains are an old tradition. Two lovers are supposed to take a lock, attach it to the chain and then throw the key over the edge. Their love is supposed to last as long as the lock stays on the chain. In some areas there are thousands and thousands of the locks.
Millions of Chinese hike the many miles of trails each year (although maybe not the ones shown). There are a couple of hotels on in the area that are also served by the trails. As you hike along you are passed every few minutes by person with a hundred pounds of food in a pack. They hike in 10 or 20 miles each way with 1000s of vertical feet covered. Kind of makes you feel like a wimp in comparison.

Just looking at that makes my &%$ draw up tight.
Only and I mean only if there were a great fishing stream with big assed trout in it… would I venture on that path…
Thanks for the reply David. Interesting bit of info on the chains. I had often wondered their purpose.
