It’s UNCLE JESSEs’ BIRTHDAY! Happy happy birthday, Jesse!!!
I would settle for just a good day in history, thanks young lady. It’s my wife’s birthday also, she’s a year younger. Last week was our 45th anniversary. This is us 5 years ago, as you can see she is aging better than I, at least on the outside.
May the two of you have a fantastic day! You both deserve it! May God Bless both of you, my friend…
Happy Birthday to you both. Have a great day. And, I think you both look fit.
HOLY MOLY! Get the fire extinguishers ready. Big candle blaze predicted for Guinnett County, GA.
I hope you both have a wonderful birthday and many more. Jim
Happy Birthday Uncle Jesse and Mrs. Uncle Jesse. Wishing the two of you a day filled with cheers.
Wow a double dip! Happy Birthday to both of you!
I thought that one was pre-history! Happy birthday Uncle Jesse.
Happy Birthday to Aunt and Uncle Jesse!!!
I hope that y’all have a great day together.
(and Uncle Jesse, if you ever forget your wife’s birthday, you’re in even more trouble than most…)
BTW, I looked it up on Wackipedia, "On this date, in 18-ought-46, Uncle Jesse was born in a remote corner of the Mississippi Territory. His first words are reputed to have been, “The nearest Bass Pro is HOW far away?!” They were going to erect a marker in his hometown to commemorate the event, but his hometown didn’t survive the “Recent Unpleasantness” (the riots which followed Vandy stunning Ole Miss at football).
Warm regards,
Ed
Happy Birthday both of you, and many, many more to come.
Uncle Jesse, it was good to finally meet you at the show.
Chuck
Likewise, we need to share some water before long.
EdD, I thought by now you would have realized my clan celebrated with Vandy stunned the team from Oxford Jr. College. I attended that fine university where they study on how to raise more and better fish, had fine English Bulldog for a mascot for over a quarter of century before these folks in Jawg came up with that sickly solid white animal. Our band has the largest bell section in the country and includes many alumni and to be alumni.
Happy Birthday and may God continue to bless both of you!

I thought he was from Hazard County, Georgia? After all that’s what that T.V. show always claimed. Or is that the “other” Uncle Jesse?
Happy Birthday to you both!

From one old guy to another–Happy Birthday, Jesse.
Thanks to all for the kind words and wishes. Following services at church last night four guys, who are not permitted in the choir, sang Happy Birthday to me. It was very touching.
I wish you all the best and the good Lord’s blessing. 2012 is showing more promise than 2011 for me and I hope for you also. Try to enjoy the year and catch fish at every opportunity.
Nighthawk, Hazzard County is in eastern Kentucky. I know. Been there, done that, they didin’t have any T-shirts…
Uncle Jesse obviously moved South. He didin’t want to move to a suburb of NYC, so he didn’t go to Florida. That’s why he stopped in GA.
Besides, all of the trout and most of the moonshine in GA grows up in those N. Georgia hills…
