I like the combination bodkin and dubbing teaser. I often use both when fluffing up my nymphs so that should be a real time saver. I don’t know why the thought never occurred to me, but now that I’m on that track how about a combination whip finisher and thread cutter?

ET…sharpen the end of a Materilli whip finisher…you can even notch it to catch the thread…
Having said that…though I use it I’m not totally satisfied …I can’t keep it sharp and my notch sucks…perhaps it’s because I have an off brand …other folks have done this…

I thought I had a new combination tool because of my new-found ability to think outside the box but apparently you beat me to the combination whip finisher and thread cutter. Very clever, I might add. I was thinking of another combination that might work. I envisioned combination hackle guard and thread cutter but I realized that my hackle guard set already does that at the most inopportune times. I guess there’s just no Magic Tool in my future. 8T
