These are almost as fun to make as they are to fish. The last one looks a bit like Toothless from the movie How to Train Your Dragon
James, have you ever done one as a mouse? I think the bass would chomp it up.
I’ve made a couple of mice out of Balsa wood, but they always end up so large that they are not much fun to fish with. It ends up being more of a chuck-n-duck cast to lob them out. I prefer using a lighter mouse pattern that I tye with foam and rabbit fur.
I’m sure it works as a mouse, but my first thought was baby muskrat. I don’t know about Florida but around here that thing would catch bass and northerns, maybe even muskies
