A Conclave Worth Visiting

ON 27 February 2010 the Acadiana Fly Rodders will hold their 21st annual conclave in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Why should you think of going to this event? Well…

  1. Next to New Orleans, Lafayette has the best Louisiana foods. Actually, that’s enough reason right there. But…
  2. Three of FFF’s MCI (master casting instructors) will be giving demonstrations and instructions on casting technique.
  3. Fourteen of the south’s best fly tyers will be giving demonstrations and instructions.
  4. Specialized instruction on fly fishing from kayaks and canoes.
  5. Discounted fly equipment, silent auctions and raffles.
    Now here’s a real incentive:
Admission is zero – as in FREE. Instruction is…FREE.

… now about the transportation from Western Montana ???

John

P.S. Here’s hoping you all have a great turnout and a great time.

Will you pick me up on your way through Kansas?

That is a great value for the $$$!

Seriously, I’ll bet that will be a conclave worth driving from Montana to Louisiana for. And I personally woudn’t need much of an excuse to drive from Montana to Louisiana this time of year!
