Looking for a good 8 wt fly reel and a spare spool. Thought I’d throw this out here in hopes of some good tips. I’ll be fishing trout, walleye and maybe some salt here in the pacific northwest.

Have you checked out the Lamson Liquid 3 pack? A reel and two spare spools (plus a case) for 160.
I use the Konic, which these replaced, and love it. The drag is excellent!
