Fifteen years ago (October 8th 1997) I first viewed Fly Anglers OnLine. Since that day I knew that this site was a site that I could learn everything there was to know about fly fishing.
I took up fly fishing in June 1995, I started taking lessons in fly casting and fly tying, but I knew that I was stuck, with very little progress to show for my efforts. FAOL made the difference in my education of becoming a Fly Angler and Fly Dresser. Without all the help I received reading FAOL every week, I would not be where I am today!
I continue to “Pay Forward” by helping others on FAOL, as other members who where there to help me… Thank You!
