I’ve been sick lately and just now getting back to posting some pics of rods and working back on rods again now that I feel a bit better ahnd think I might actually live:lol:

. This one is a 10’ 5wt 7pc green color blank with Buckeye burl seat and matching accents on the rev half wells grip. SF guides with Classic twist green&blk thread (CP’ed) with silver metallic trim, inserted stripper, Nickle silver hardware and custom length sealed tube by Ron at Landmark complete the whole package.

Yeah TB…flu. Still have it, but feel a bit better than I have the past two weeks at least.

Thanks for the kind words Joe, appreciate it. The blank is from a friend of mine named Roger Penrose. He’s out of NY and sell’s direct to me, but also sells a lot on ebay.

I thought that was one of Roger’s blanks. The 7 pc gave it away. I have a couple of them in 3w.

I am going to say you built the handle and reel seat. The transition from seat to cork to blank is excellent. As always I love your work and dream of being that good one of these days.
