Two Tips
By Betty Hiner

    1) Fill (really stuff) a film canister with 0000 steel wool. Put the top on it. Poke a hole in the top with your bodkin. Use it to store you bodkin in, and keep it clean (the steel wool cleans all the crud off when you jam the bodkin in)!

    2) Fit the end section of a popsicle stick with the loopy half of Velcro tape. Two uses:

    1. "Hair out" the dubbing on your flies.

    2. If pushed down on beads will hold the bead for placement on your hook.
