More on Wire
By Bob Stuart

Regarding your tip on getting tying wire from electric cords: I have been doing that also and I'm sending a drawing of the way I strip the insulation from the cords. I imagine you do it this way, too, but just in case. Leaving about an inch of the insulation in the middle of the piece of wire lets one pull a piece of wire out and the other wires are kept in place.

I find that the coils of wire one buys at a fly shop usually quickly turn into slinkys. ~ Bob
