Here is a tip on organizing beads for bead head
flies.
I have, with some success, used a bodkin to help
put the beads onto the hook. It occurred to me just
the other day that I could use a safety pin for this
and at the same time have a number of beads "loaded"
on the pin with the holes and sizes in the right
order. So I use the safety pins to store individual
sizes and colors of beads and also to put them onto
the hooks. ~ Bob Stuart
