I do a lot of foam work, flat foam and shaped poppers.
etc. I use a simple, easy to get product, for all
my glueing. Permatex (the orange tube) Auto Weather
Strip Repair Cement.
It gives plenty of working time, yet has a good
waterproof bond. Made to cement rubber, I doubt
that it would Eat Rubber Leg Material. I also stack
and cement different colors of flat foam in 4mm thickness,
and use Elmer's or Ross Rubber Cement. Also gives a
good waterproof bond when dry. I then punch out Bass
Popper bodys, ala "Tap's Bugs." I like the multi colors
similar to his stacked deer hair. Just a couple of thoughts.
