These are fantastic - perfect for any
holiday meal. Unfortunately this is one of those recipes with no distinct amounts for the ingredients, but the results are amazing. Try it!
Ingredients you'll need:
Juice from 2 oranges 4 Tablespoons honey to sweeten things up. Grated fresh ginger (I use a piece about an inch long and a big around as my little finger (Average male hand). Shot or two of Grand Marnier.
Directions:Place all ingredients in a pot to medium heat (simmer). Mash the cranberries and cook down. Put in frig and allow them to set up. Comes out kind of like a jelly and tastes terrific! ~ Adam
