Chocolate Covered Cherry Mice
Chocolate Mice

You need Dipping Chocolate, Maraschino Cherries with the stems attached, Sliced Almonds, Hershey Kisses and a small amount of gel or frosting.

Drain and dry the cherries, dip into the melted chocolate, press the unwrapped kiss onto the dipped cherry, slide two sliced almonds in between them for ears. Let them dry and become hard. Put tiny dabs of tubed frosting or gel for the eyes and nose and you have Chocolate covered mice. ~ Judy Oleson
