Split a loaf of French bread horizontally and spread
cut surfaces with Dijon mustard. Add fresh salad
greens and sliced red pepper rings. Then layer slices
of nova or gravlax, smoked trout or salmon and with
strips of Brie and thinly sliced cucumber. Close with
