Broiled Chip-Coated Fish
1 bag of barbeque potatoe chips, smash the chips in bag till they are crumbs, then smash them again. pour contents of bag on a plate.
Dip fillets in oil enough to coat them in the chips. Broil 5-8 minutes or until done depending on thickness. ~ flybugpa
