Oven Fried Salmon
2 T lemon Juice 2 cloves garlic 4 salmon fillets 1 C herb stuffing mix 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese 1/8 C parsley
Combine cheese, stuffing mix, and parsley. Dredge salmon in dry mix. Place in greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes, or till fish flakes easily.
Orzo Gratin
3/4 cups chopped parsley 3 garlic cloves minced salt & pepper 1/2 cup evaporated milk OR half and half 2 Tablespoons bread crumbs 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 1/2 Tablespoons cold butter 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
