Broccoli Bacon Salad
From Cary Morlan, Moses Lake, WA

This is one the folks attending the Central Washington Fish-In may have had at the potluck!

    Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces (one head)

    ½ onion sliced thinly

    Cooked bacon almost to the crunchy stage (1 pkg.)

    Crumble bacon add salted sunflower seeds

    Mix mayo-sugar-vinegar
    2 cups-1/3 cup-1/4 cup

    Adjust dressing with more or less of each to taste

    Toss dressing with dry ingredients. ~ Linemender
