Ingredients: Serves 4 - 6
250 ml (1 cup) whipping cream 250 ml (1 cup) condensed milk 2 leaves or 1 packet of gelatin Graham crumbs Butter Oil Berry coulis
Instructions:Food-processor method
2. Place the cream cheese, cream, gelatin and condensed milk into the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth; 3. Pour a little melted butter over the graham crumbs; pat them into a lightly oiled springform or high-sided tart pan; 4. Pour the filling into the pan; refrigerate for at least two hours; 5. Serve with the berry coulis.
