Ingredients: Jamaican Beef
2 egg whites, beaten 2-3 TBS of Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (Walkerswood) 1 onion, diced 2-3 C beef bullion 1 hot pepper (dried chilope) 1 small can green chilis, chopped 1-2 TBS olive oil
Method: Jamaican BeefCook's Note: I've made this three or four times and the ingredients change depending on the mood. I've added the Cajun trinity. Carrots and celery. The basic is listed above. It's a bit on the hot side but very delicious. My wife calls it a keeper. ~ John
