Daddy's Spaghetti
By Brad Morgan (oldfrat)

This one has been a crowd pleaser for me. One I learned when I knew nothing about cooking and was just looking for something easy to prepare and to clean up afterwards. My kids named it.

Ingredients:

    Package medium sized shell noodles.

    1 pound of ground beef.

1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce. (I like Ragu mushroom for this.)

Instructions:

    Brown GB in frying pan.
    Cook shell noodles.
Drain noodles and return to pot you cooked them in.
    Dump in the spaghetti sauce.
Spoon the cooked GB into the pot.
Drain the grease from the frying pan into the empty spaghetti sauce jar, close it and toss it.
Use a serving spoon to mix up the noodles, GB and sauce. (The meat will go in the shells and that's good!)
Serve immediately, adding parmesan cheese to individual taste.

Leftovers are good both reheated or served cold as a cassarole. ~ From Brad Morgan (oldfrat)
