Here's the ingredients:
2/3 C. packed brown sugar 1 C. melted butter 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp cinnamon 1 C/ chopped walnuts ½ tsp. soda 1 tsp. baking powder 2 C. flour dash salt.
MethodLine a bread pan with plastic wrap. Scoop the cookie batter into the lined bread pan and cover with extra length of plastic wrap.
![]() Place in freezer until frozen. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

![]() Cut the frozen cookie dough lengthwise. You can put half back in the freezer for another day, (or unexpected company).

![]() Slice into quarter inch slices and place on lightly greased cookie sheets, a couple of inches apart. They will puff up.
![]() Bake for ten minutes.
![]() Remove pan from oven and let rest for two minutes. Remove from pan. Cool and serve.
