Peel and dice how ever many potato's you think
you will need. Put them in a pot with diced
onion, salt and pepper. Either cut up bacon or
smoked sausage and add just enough water to cover. Cook until the potato's are done. Add a couple of cans of condensed milk. Take a bowl put in a cup or so of flour, add salt, pepper, garlic, and one egg. Mix up until you have a thick sticky dough. Dripple small pieces of dough into the hot soup, and any flour or seasoning that was left in the bowl. Stir and the dough will float to the top when it's done. Serve with hot buttered bread or rolls. Quick, easy, and some of the best comfort food around on a cold Winter's day. ~ Wynn
