Along with the surgical tubing, I have had real good
luck in using the thin rubber o-rings that are available
at any hardware. You can purchase a handful for a couple
dollars. Get several size. Use a ring closest to the
blank diameter at the guide location you are working.
These ring have a little stretch and will hold snugly
for positioning, and I have even been able to use while
