Even if you are only building rods for your own use, it helps to write down
the items you plan to use - and if at a later time you want to duplicate a
rod which works especially well, all of the information is available on one
sheet. Capt. Paul and Paula sent the followings forms which they use in
their business. The first is filled out with the customers requirements,
the second one blank so you can download and print it out.
