Grubb,
They have already been hatching here in NC on warm afternoons. I tie a simple parachute and wet fly imitation that I fish off a dropper.

Parachute-I use a single light brown hackle and a turkey biot for the body. The thorax is natural hare's ear. After seeing Jim's and Tyeflies post though I may try adding a grizzly hackle?

Wet fly- Turkey biot for the body and med brown hare's ear for the thorax. The hackle is brown partridge. I tie the fly with a darker brown thorax to give the fly some contrast. Again though, after seeing the standards posted by Jim and Tye I may try a lighter thorax.
