WalleyeFly.jpgWalleyeFly2.jpgHere are two flies I have used successfully for walleye. The black one is a little smaller and is tied on a jig hook while the red & white one is tied on a bigger straight shank hook and got me that nice walleye. I have found generally a small spinner does not foul against the fly but it it does just stop your retrieve and let the fly fall. The fly will helicopter down with the spinner blade doing its thing. If you use a large enough spinner blade, when the fly is retrieved the spinner will press against the body of the fly making it wobble like a crankbait. I haven't caught anything on that type of fly yet since I haven't used it much but I have confidence it will make a good fly for either casting or trolling.
