The "Funnel Dun" is a new type of "Emerger" fly pattern, that I was not aware of until I saw your posting and your photos.

I believe that your photos should be used in a FAOL "Fly Of The Week" article....

Currently I am still working on my own FAOL "Fly Of The Week" article for the "Gold Ribbed Hare's Ear (Dry Fly)", sent out some Beta patterns to Donald Nicolson and Eric Austin, and they were very impressed not only with my version, but the Gold Ribbed Hare's Ear (Dry Fly) that a member of this years Beginner's Only Fly Swap dressed.

I looked at the other "Funnel Dun" url listings, and I like your pattern versions the best, well done! ~Parnelli
