Book Review?

A month or so ago, someone on this board (I think) wrote a short book review about how much they enjoyed this book. I can't remember the name of the book or the author. I remember reading @ amazon (when I had the book's name) that it is a fiction book about international politics, terrorist, and fly fishing (I know, great combination)..I want to buy the book, but I cannot remember the name nor the author..Can any of you help???
