The above is really a great suggestion as is sound proof batting in the walls and a solid door with institutional type lock. If you have kids, you'll understand. The TV is something I often wish I had handy so as to work along with a video or DVD. I have used my laptop to help out on some of the more "technical" patterns that require you to follow instructions carefully or lose the effect of the pattern. I actually tie more at work, during lunch or other down time moments and have even come in on weekends to crank out a few patterns. Peace and quiet, that's what it is all about!
