In October my flies target October Caddis for the Idaho fish in.
Some muddlers
Dippers ( Yellow sallies )
Lady Mc connells
Bigger spiders than summer spiders.
A bit bigger tom thumbs in fall.
thats about it.
In winter I tie everything that looks interesting to tie. It has nothing to do with fishing and everything to do with shack nasties.
Then in Spring my ties are all targeting spring fishing.
