Anybody fish a "Patriot" no pun intended

I'm reading a book by Charles Meck in which he uses a dry fly called Patriot. He uses it as an indicator with a beaded nymph and as no hatch fly and claims to have good results with it. Cant find it online.

Google to the rescue. Yagers. I fish the Patriot and like it.
