I like white under chartrueus under peacock with a light weight plastic beadchain eye latched to either an offset or in-line #1 indiana spinner blade.

I came across an old issue of Midwest Fly Fishing Magazine today and found a recipe for white over white with some crystal flash thrown in for good measure. In the morning, Momma, in the morning. JGW
It's not a very good pic, but maybe you'll get the idea. The clousers are between the black gnat spinner and the Calcasieu Pigboat.

Had lots of luck with largemouths last season on a yellow over red over yellow (mickey finn) clouser.
