Found a few versions here. Just experimenting; I probably should drop down a hook size for the foam I have on hand.

hook - Dai Riki 280 #10
thread - Uni 6/0 camel
tail - pheasant tail
rib - xsmall wire gold
body - Ice Dub uv brown
body hackle - hen grizzly dyed brown
collar - pheasant rump dyed brown
post - E-Z Sight foam ant body cinnamon/orange
