    Default Bobbin keeper

I tie on the Norvise tying system with the auto-rewind feature. This makes it slightly more challanging to to store your bobbins without have to pulling the thread through the tube every time you use the bobbin. While I made this for the Norvise bobbins, I also works great for "regular" bobbins. The pegs that hold the the Norvise thread spools could be changed for regular pegs for spools of thread. I also included a revolving tool holder that I made from an old rubber stamp holder. This lets me keep the tools I use most frequently right at my fingertips. Anyway, I thought I'd share these here if anyone has a need for a bobbin/tool station on their bench. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all.

Great idea James. I see you have some of the new and some of the old bobbins. We got (are) REAL lazy around here and went to mostly white thread and colored markers to finish a bug.

Lee s, Yes, I've been tying on Norvise for quite a few years and the products last a LONG time. I can't imagine trying to switch back to "traditional" bobbins now. I find that I use clear mono for most of my baitfish patterns but I use colored thread for the color effect on some of my other patterns.
