I like it. I have found blue to be a surprizingly effective color, especially for trout. Nice job!

It was just wrapped in a recycled plastic envelope to go to south Mississippi where it will be used to tempt warm warm species in Red Creek. My friend, who will be receiving the box of flies I prepared for him, recently told me there weren't any snakes in Red Creek anymore. The alligators ate them. I'm not sure that's an improvement, although most alligators are anti-social, cottonmouths will come to visit you.

Jessie, I have heard that cottonmouths are not so much social as they like to chew the fat.

Nice tie. That'll catch any kind of fish. Keep it away from the cottonmouths.
EL Head, quick story, a past friend from Tuscumbia across the river from you I think, told me of crappie fishing on the south bank of the TN River in his old Arkansas Traveler semi-vee. He said he was about 12 - 15 ft. from the bank when a cottonmouth dropped into the back of his boat. Pete said the next thing he knew he was standing on the bank, didn't know how he got there, his feet and pants were dry. Pete was a man's man jumped into Normandy with a BAR on D-Day, came home with two Purple hearts and 9 fingers.

Nice job Uncle!
