Do you know a general surgeon or a physician who works in an emergency room? One time use cauterizers are used and then discarded.

You can also look on Ebay:

    Hi,
Inexpensive cauterizers are available through US outfitters ie: Cabela's and I am pretty sure they will ship internationally but the suggestion of inquiries to obtaining one through a British hospital or physician makes sense if the main issue is to avoid the shipping expenses.
