thread - Danville 6/0 black
tail - teal flank
rib - x-small wire copper
shellback - goose quill
body - muskrat
legs - teal flank

Haven't fished it. As you mentioned on the Greys Creeper post, this one would benefit by having the rib tied over the shellback, to improve durability.
